Q. What will happen if my order arrives damaged?
A. Very easy, We will fix / repair or replace straight away, Keep in mind that our damage rate is almost ZERO as all of our items are professionally packed for transit. However in saying this some “heavy handed” couriers / drivers may do something which is out of both yours and our control but be assured what ever the issue we will ensure a positive outcome and have everything fixed / repaired or replaced promptly!
Q. Does all of our Items come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
A. Yes 100% each and every personally hand signed edition and limited edition within our range accompanies an official Certificate of Authenticity/Limitation

Q. I need my order / item sooner than what is advertised in your delivery guidelines, what can I do?
A. Simply contact us with your delivery date requirement and the item(s) of interest and we will advise if we can deliver to your requirements. 95% of the time we will be able to accommodate your special request.

Q. Do we buy peoples 2nd hand memorabilia from personal collections?
A. No We do not. This is due to quality control and Authenticity reasons.
Q. Do we value memorabilia?
A. Yes we do, However we only value officially licensed and authenticated memorabilia. A formal valuation certificate for insurance purposes a fee of $132.00 is payable per 4 items. Please be advised that all valuations have to have photographs of the pieces in mention along with the COA supplied with your item emailed to us before we can attempt to value any item. We will not value any item that either does not accompany a COA or the supplier of the COA is unknown to us.
Q. I have “X” type of memorabilia which doesn’t have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), Can you supply one?
