What are our payment methods?

When you enter the checkout process you will be offered payment types below

Please ensure when making payment via internet bank transfer or direct bank desposit that you leave your order reference number or surname as payment reference. All Personal Cheques, Business Cheques, Bank Cheques & Australian Money Orders must be made payable to – Champions Of The Turf.

International Clients: PayPal is the only method of payment available.

Payment Plans

We can offer a customised payment plan on any purchase of $400 or more. 30% deposit required upfront and then the balance over an agreed period up to a maximum of 8 weeks. Simply contact us with any questions you have or to discuss a customised payment plan for you. All items purchased on a payment plan are not sent until full payment has been made.

Shipping & Handling

We dispatch all of our items via Various VIP Courier Services, Each item is professionally packed , delivered to your door fully insured along with an online tracking number supplied once your order has been dispatched.

Courier Delivery Requirements: Items being sent personally direct to your door must be signed for upon delivery during business hours. Please ensure you supply a residential, work or office delivery address with a contact phone number . An online tracking number will be supplied for all deliveries once dispatched. If for any reason there is no one available at the time of delivery your item will be returned to the local depot with a “Calling Card” left at your premises with all information on it regarding your item, you can then either collect this yourself from the depot or arrange to have the item delivered back to you at a convenient time suitable for you.

PO Box Delivery Services: We can have most items delivered direct to your PO BOX, if your item does measure more than 1meter we are unable to send with Australia Priority Parcel services. We will then require a business hours or residential address as we will need to send with another VIP courier service.

Online Tracking Details: All orders can be tracked online using your unique consignment note number. Once your item has has been allocated to your order and your item has been shipped, you will receive an email providing you with this number and where to log on and check the progress and ETA of delivery for your order.

Delivery Times: Please allow up to 2-3 Weeks for delivery on all products however in most cases you will have your item delivered to you well before these times. Please allow for these shipping times before making the purchase, should you have any questions regarding the delivery time please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

New Released Editions: Please allow 4-5 Weeks delivery time on all new released editions

Special Dispatch Requests: We understand that items such as what we have in our range are purchased as a gift & sometimes can be left till the last minute. Therefore if you are running short of time and need your item delivered to you by a certain date please contact us before making your purchase and we will advise if we are able to meet your dead line & have the item(s) delivered by the requested date. We will do our upmost to meet your request!  If we are unable to deliver your product by the due date we can also offer a Gift Certificate to be emailed to you that you can present to the person and advise them that their special gift is being produced for them and will be delivered shortly. This is a very popular and effective way of supplying a gift like our products on short notice.

International Clients: Please contact us with your delivery details so we can supply shipping rates to your location. All items are also sent to your door registered and insured with tracking number via Australia Post Air Mail / UPS or DHL. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all items

Returns & Refunds

Ultimate Official Sports Memorabilia offers a 10 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy on all products from the date of delivery. We operate according to strict quality control guidelines controlled by the governing sporting bodies of all the Official Sporting memorabilia in our range and have no hesitations in refunding your purchase to you in full if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping fees are not included in refund.

We must however be notified within 3  days of delivery to advise your request for a refund. From the date of the refund request the item must be returned to us within 10 business days. Items must be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you, with all documentation.


  • Items must be packed and wrapped well  for return transit (preferably re-use the packing your order arrived in)
  • Items that may be delivered damaged or faulty,  all costs incurred to replace / repair & return postage to us will be covered 100% by Ultimate Official Sports Memorabilia
  • It is the responsibility of the client to pay all return shipping costs for “change of mind purchases”. Items must be fully insured and sent registered mail. Ultimate Official Sports Memorabilia do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit that are not registered and insured for “Change of mind” purchases.
  • All sales are final outside of the return policy terms and conditions


What is a “Change of Mind” Purchase?: This is everything related to any reason for returning an item and requesting a refund for any reason other than the item being delivered damaged or faulty.

Marketing Image Clause

To protect the intellectual property of the governing sporting bodies who license and authorise our memorabilia range along with the valued clients that invest in our memorabilia range we need to advise that all images are for marketing and advertising purposes only. What is displayed online does have some  imperfections in these images & the signatures shown online are only computer generated.
This is done to prevent all licensed & copyrighted images and most importantly the authentic signatures of the individual sports personalities being scanned and copied by the “cyber cowboy” then printed and sold as pre-prints, copies, auto pens, facsimiles at markets & other online outlets.
The Officially licensed and authentic product you will have delivered to you once purchased will be of the same layout & design as shown on our website, however no two signatures will be in the exact same position as displayed online as these are personally hand signed which changed the position on each piece.
All investments will accompany an official certificate of authenticity (COA) individually numbered both on the piece and on the accompanying COA, officially licensed and endorsed by the advertised governing sporting body.
