Ultimate Official Sports Memorabilia offers a 10 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy on all products from the date of delivery. We operate according to strict quality control guidelines controlled by the governing sporting bodies of all the Official Sporting memorabilia in our range.
We must however be notified within 3 days of delivery to advise your request for a refund. From the date of the refund request the item must be returned to us within 10 business days. Items must be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you, with all documentation.
- Items must be packed and wrapped well for return transit (preferably re-use the packing your order arrived in)
- Items that may be delivered damaged or faulty, all costs incurred to replace / repair & postage will be covered 100% by Ultimate Official Sports Memorabilia.
- For “change of mind purchases” It is the responsibility of the client to pay all shipping costs including the initial delivery and also for the return. Items must be sent back to us Registered and insured to the value of your purchase price or we can arrange the return freight for you using our courier accounts. However, these charges will be deducted from your refundable amount.
- For any “change of mind “cancellation of orders & request of a refund, A 10% marketing surcharge / admin fee of the purchase price will be charged which is capped at $150. The balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- For any “change of mind “cancellation of orders & request of a refund for orders placed with Zip Money Or After Pay, A further 6% surcharge will be applied in addition to the above 10% with both amounts being capped at $150. The balance of funds after deductions will be refunded back to your Zip Money Or After Pay account.
Refund Conditions for Our International Memorabilia Range for the following brands NBA / MLB / NHL / NFL / Upper Deck and Icons UK
- For any “change of mind “cancellation of orders & request of a refund from our International memorabilia range from the brands mentioned above, 50% of the purchase price of your order will be charged. Reasons being is many different costs go into these editions and are charged to us immediately on order and on a non refundable basis to our company on the entire amount. These costs include but are not limited to costs of the edition / international shipping / Admin / Restocking / Customs Clearance & import fees. The 50% balance of your will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days.
What is a “Change of Mind” Purchase?: This is everything related to any reason for returning an item and requesting a refund for any reason other than the item being delivered damaged or faulty.
Payment Plan Refunds:
- Any payment plan that is cancelled after the initial deposit being processed will fall under the “change of mind ” policy and will incur a A 10% marketing surcharge / admin fee of the total purchase price which is capped at $150. The balance of payments made will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Any scheduled payment on a payment plan that is declined or dishonoured by your financial institute or no payments are made for 3 consecutive weeks will have the entire order cancelled automatically after this period.This will incur a 10% surcharge / admin fee of the total purchase price which is capped at $150. The balance of payments made will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Payment Plans for any edition in our international memorabilia range are excluded from the above mentioned points.As detailed in the Refund Conditions for Our International Memorabilia Range 50% of the purchase price of your order will be charged for any “Change of Mind” purchase.
Orders being returned to sender (Ultimate Sports) Policy:
Should your item be attempted to be delivered and there is no one at the premises at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card advising of the delivery attempt which will have your tracking number and contact information for you to contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or depot collection. We will also follow up with an email to you advising of the attempted delivery to prompt you to contact the carrier to arrange delivery / collection of your order. Given the nature of your order, the carriers will only hold your order with them for 4 business days unless other arrangements have been made. Should all attempts fail to arrange a re-delivery or collection of your order and your order is delivered back to us a $30 re-delivery fee will be required to have your order sent back to you. Should you then wish to cancel and refund your order, the original $30 shipping fee paid will be forfeited and the“change of mind “cancellation of orders & request of a refund policy will also be processed as above.
