All of our orders are delivered to you with our “VIP Delivery Service” which is a Flat Rate Shipping service of of $30 per order delivered direct to your home / office or workplace Australia Wide. Includes online tracking, professional packaging and comprehensive transit insurance for your complete peace of mind.


Courier Delivery Requirements: Items being sent personally direct to your door must be signed for upon delivery during business hours. Please ensure you supply a residential, work or office delivery address with a contact phone number . An online tracking number will be supplied for all deliveries once dispatched. If for any reason there is no one available at the time of delivery your item will be returned to the local depot with a “Calling Card” left at your premises with all information on it regarding your item, you can then either collect this yourself from the depot or arrange to have the item delivered back to you at a convenient time suitable for you.


Australia Post Delivery Services: We can send your order via Australia Post and to your PO Box. However this is a restrictive service due to Australia Post’s very strict size guidelines, we can only send items that are no bigger than 105mm.Australia If you enter a PO BOX as your delivery address and we are unable to deliver your item we will contact you to supply a residential or business address to we can use our VIP Courier services.


Online Tracking Details: All orders can be tracked online using your unique consignment note number. Once your item has has been allocated to your order and your item has been shipped, you will receive an email providing you with this number and where to log on and check the progress and ETA of delivery for your order.


Delivery Times:

Items Advertised with 24-Hour Dispatch Logo – Your order will be sent next business day during normal trading for orders placed Monday – Friday. All orders placed a Saturday or Sunday will be entered into our system on Monday and dispatched on Tuesday. Please note: that 24 Hour Dispatch does not apply to national public holidays nor festive season closures which will be advertised on our website of operation times during these extended holiday seasons.

Edition orders WITHOUT the 24-Hour Dispatch Logo – All editions that do not have the“24 Hour Dispatch” logo, means your edition will require framing. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery.

All New released editions displaying the “NEW PRODUCT” logo, please allow 28 business days delivery or the advertised anticipated delivery time – we will communicate directly with you should this change and will also keep you updated on the production of all new editions.

International Ranges: MLB / NFL / NBA / NHL – As advertised please allow up to 10-14 business days for unframed orders and 21-28 days for Framed orders. All Display Cases purchased with memorabilia or individually will be delivered within 10-14 days.

AFL / NRL Mini League Figurines: Please allow 10-12 business days as this is made to order and will be shipped direct from supplier.


International Shipping: If you live there, We will deliver there! All items featured on our website are available to be purchased by our international clients. All rates include professional packing, online tracking and transit insurance. Your global shipping fee will be added to cart once you enter your location on checkout.

We only ship with the worlds best international courier companies, UPS, FEDEX, DHL & TNT. All deliveries are insured and accompany an online tracking number which does require a signature on delivery. All deliveries are also sent via Air Freight to ensure your delivery arrives in the most efficient and fastest way possible. We ask our international clients to allow 7-10 days delivery time from the date your order has been sent from us. All items are professionally packed with industrial strength materials to ensure they are well kept and safe during transit.

International Government Taxes: Please note that we have no control over possible surcharges or taxes which may be required to be paid on arrival to your location. These charges may be incurred under the laws of the destination country for import / export or duties. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred.


Special Dispatch Requests: We understand that items such as what we have in our range are purchased as a gift & sometimes can be left till the last minute. Therefore if you are running short of time and need your item delivered to you by a certain date please contact us before making your purchase and we will advise if we are able to meet your dead line & have the item(s) delivered by the requested date. We will do our upmost to meet your request!  If we are unable to deliver your product by the due date we can also offer a Gift Certificate to be emailed to you that you can present to the person and advise them that their special gift is being produced for them and will be delivered shortly. This is a very popular and effective way of supplying a gift like our products on short notice.


Orders being returned to sender (Ultimate Sports) Policy:

Should your item be attempted to be delivered and there is no one at the premises at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card advising of the delivery attempt which will have your tracking number and contact information for you to contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or depot collection. We will also follow up with an email to you advising of the attempted delivery to prompt you to contact the carrier to arrange delivery / collection of your order. Given the nature of your order, the carriers will only hold your order with them for 4 business days unless other arrangements have been made. Should all attempts fail to arrange a re-delivery or collection of your order and your order is delivered back to us a $30 re-delivery fee will be required to have your order sent back to you. Should you then wish to cancel and refund your order, the original $30 shipping fee paid will be forfeited and the“change of mind “cancellation of orders & request of a refund policy will also be processed as per our refund policy.


Delivery Address Re-Direction when order is in transit:

When placing your order please ensure you include a business hours delivery address of either a Home, Work or Business location where someone will be during business hours to accept and sign for the delivery of your order. Should you request a “re direction” of address once your order has been dispatched a $30 re-direction fee will be charged as all paperwork and consignment information must then be changed for your delivery and communicated with the carrying depot. Should you change your delivery address prior to your order being dispatched from us there will be no charge.


Pre Arranged Collection Of Orders:

Collection of orders from our any of our office locations can be done on a Pre-Arranged basis, please contact us for further info and to arrange this collection.


NOTE: We are strictly an online based company and do not have a retail shop front. Stock is not held at our office locations. However, Orders can only be collected once this is pre-arranged and confirmed at the time of your order being placed.
