How to Place Your Order Using The VIP Priority Delivery Service
For those items in our range that feature the VIP Service Logo in the product listing, simply follow the below.
- There will be a drop-down box to select from the first option will be the FREE Delivery option which will be sent as per our normal conditions
- The second option will have *PRIORITY* at the start, followed by the item description with the VIP delivery service fee added to the price of the item. The price shown will be all inclusive of your item and VIP Delivery service fee

VIP Priority Delivery Service – Terms and Conditions
- All Orders Placed after 9 am Monday – Wednesday will be processed and sent the following business day. If you process your order after 9 am by any means or overnight via our website, Your order will be dispatched the next business day.
- All Orders Placed after 9 am Thursday’s Please understand that due to your order being sent on the Friday, your order may not be delivered until the Monday of the next Business Week depending on your delivery location
- All Orders Placed after 9 am Friday’s Please understand your order will not be sent until the Monday of the next Business Week
- All Orders Placed over the Weekend or any Public Holiday period, Please understand your order will not be sent until the next Business day
- Once your order has been allocated with the VIP Priority Delivery Service Tracking number, this will be emailed to you along with the carriers details, You will be able to track this from the time this is collected and scanned from us and each step of the way right to your door.
- Given the high importance of these deliveries, carriers are also well aware of their responsibilities with such high priority freight services. Under normal circumstances should the carrier fail to deliver within a 6-hour window of 48hour time period from dispatch time, Your priority service fee paid will be refunded to you once the POD has been issued. Should the delivery delay be caused by an act of god, Flood, Earth Quake or any type of natural disaster funds can not be refunded.
- The Delivery Address supplied for this service must be a residential, business or office address where someone will be to ensure the carrier is able to get a POD “Proof of Delivery” for the delivery during business hours Monday – Friday. Should the delivery be attempted and the address is unattended with the item needing to be returned to a depot all delivery timeline guarantees are void.
